A fully extruded feed with readily digested energy, high quality protein and essential vitamins and minerals that support optimum fertility, milk production and growth and development in a convenient and easy to feed cube.

  • Provides a balance of nutrients vital for optimum fertility, conception and milk production in broodmares, and sound growth and development of foals, weanlings and yearlings under all seasonal conditions.
  • Provides highly digestible and available energy, quality protein, essential amino acids and balanced vitamins and minerals, including Bioplex® organic trace minerals to ensure optimum uptake and utilisation.
  • The digestible nature of this feed coupled with the high quality protein also makes it perfect for spelling horses that need to put on condition and rebuild muscles.

Recommended Feeding Guide:

Dry & Early Pregnant Mares 1.0 - 2.0 kg per 300 kg bodyweight.

Late Pregnant Mares 1.5 - 2.5 kg per 300 kg bodyweight.

Lactating Mares 2.0 - 4.0 kg per 300 kg bodyweight.

Breeding Stallions 1.0 - 20. kg per 300 kg bodyweight.

Spelling Horses 1.0 - 2.0 kg per 300 bodyweight.

  • Introduce a horse's ration gradually over 2 weeks.

  • Feed in conjunction with ample forage (pasture, hay and/or chaff).

  • Make clean, fresh water and salt available at all times.

  • Adjust the amount fed so it is appropriate for a horse's body fatness, growth rate, stage of development, pregnancy or lactation, along with the quality and quantity of forage available.

  • Divide feeds into two or more smaller meals if feeding more than 0.5 kg per 100 kg of bodyweight in 'hard feed' per day.

  • The feeding rates given here are based on the amount of feed needed to meet a horse's vitamin and mineral requirements
