You can return most items up to 14 days after order receipt. After that date, returns will not qualify or be accepted, apart from faulty items.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer returns on some items. These include items that are ingested, such as feed and supplements. In addition magazines, gift vouchers, bespoke orders and test books cannot be returned.
Only regular priced items may be returned, all sale goods are not returnable although or course we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantee Act.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, plus in the original packaging with any tags and barcodes. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
If you need to exchange for a different size or colour of the same item, send us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or visit a store and we will assist you with alternatives, but note the 14 day time limit from receipt of order.

To a physical Horselands store
Please feel free to return an item by visiting a Horselands store within 14 days of receiving your order. Remember to take your proof of purchase and we will happily provide you with a store credit or a gift voucher, as long as it meets our returns criteria, as described above. The amount of credit will be the price paid for the recently purchased item.
By post or courier
You should send your well packaged item to the address below. Please make sure you write our return address clearly on the outside of the package along with your name and postal address. Inside the package provide your purchase and contact details, and detail on exchange or store credit preference.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the new shipping charge for an exchange will need to be paid.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot be responsible for return items lost in transit.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you have changed your mind on your purchase. Should the item be faulty we will meet our obligations outlined in the Consumers Guarantee Act.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received it and our assessment of your refund request qualification.
Any refunds will need to be made to your original method of payment. We usually process refunds within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an expected refund , contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially received into your account.
