KER Equi-Jewel is a high fat stabilised rice bran supplement that increases the energy density (calories per kilo) of a ration. Equi-Jewel is ideal for putting condition on poor doers, providing additional energy in the diets of performance horses with heavy workloads, enhancing body and coat condition on yearlings for auction preparation and providing a palatable fat source for horses prone to ‘tying-up’. As Equi-Jewel is a rich source of fat it provides a ‘cool’ energy source for ‘fizzy’ horses.

Equi-Jewel contains added calcium to balance the calcium: phosphorous ratio as well as added vitamin E and Selenium. Is suitable for performance horses, yearling preparation and show horses.
Equi-Jewel is not a ‘complete feed’, additional vitamin and mineral fortification will be required.

Mix required amount of Equi-Jewel each day in combination with current feeding program. As with any changes in your horse’s diet, ensure that they are made gradually over 5-10 days. Adjust the following feeding rates depending upon weight, condition and level of work.
